4. View the home (video or in-person)

5.  Sign lease and pay deposit.

6.  Move in to your new home!

NEXT, click HERE to fill out the FREE application and send us a copy of your ID for verification.

AFTER THAT, email your most recent pay-stub and any other requested documents.

NEXT, View the video walk-through or schedule a visit to the home for viewing.

ALMOST THERE! E-sign your lease package and pay your move-in costs (rent, deposit).

FINALLY, get keys and move in!
